Marti helps her clients develop their retirement strategies and specializes in the design and management of Retirement Income Portfolios. With 30 years of Financial Services experience, she also consults on Estate Planning and Estate Settlements, the financial challenges of caring for a family member with Special Needs, and provides classes on Financial Education. Marti serves on the Board of Directors of the Sedgwick County Fair Association; and volunteers for the Arc of Sedgwick County and Girl Scouts Kansas Heartland.

Craig has been serving clients since 1981 in the financial services industry. He joined Rick at Isaac Financial Services, Inc. in 1999. Prior to that he worked with Prudential for 18 years in various capacities from Registered Representative, District Associate Manager and Regional Training Manager and always focused on helping others. In his free time, Craig enjoys woodworking, BBQ smoking and attending grandchildren’s activities. Craig and his wife, Becky, live in Derby, Kansas. They are blessed with three children and ten grandchildren.

Tim is a former president of the board of directors for the Wichita Ronald McDonald House, Inc. With his wife, Valerie, Tim attends Riverlawn Christian Church. Debra was raised in Nigeria, Cameroon, and Kenya as the daughter of missionaries before serving with her husband and two of their daughters in Uganda in the mid-90’s. Over the years, Debra has enjoyed involvement in many student ministries, benevolent ministries and other serving opportunities through her church.

Melinda graduated from Wichita State University with a Master’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She was a Speech Language Pathologist in the Derby public school system for 5 years before changing career path to work with Leslie Morris in the financial field. Melinda enjoys working closely with clients and developing deeper relationships. She works diligently and meticulously on client operations to ensure the processing of paperwork for all clients moves smoothly and without delay. MarCella supports the Johnson Team. She has been an integral team member with the Johnsons for several years, providing day to day assistance in the Johnson’s downtown office location.
