Tim is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ™ professional (CFP®) serving family businesses, retirees, and executives with an emphasis on medical professionals on both the provider and supplier side. He is also an active member with the Financial Planners Association (FPA). Tim’s past experience includes work in both sales and operations with Johnson & Johnson, a Certificate in Advanced Valuation from NYU, as well as a Division 1A baseball career at Baylor University. His practice is holistic and focused on the outcomes we seek from money, not just the money itself. Tim believes one must rise above the short term “noise” that is blatant in modern media to overcome their own behavioral biases and achieve their long-term goals. This,truly, is where a CFP® professional is most valuable. Outside of work, Tim spends as much time as possible with his beautiful wife Lauren, and their three daughters. Marti holds designations of Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) and Retirement Income Registered Professional (RICP®). She helps her clients develop their retirement strategies and specializes in the design and management of Retirement Income Portfolios. With 30 years of Financial Services experience, she also consults on Estate Planning and Estate Settlements, the financial challenges of caring for a family member with Special Needs, and provides classes on Financial Education. Marti serves on the Board of Directors of the Sedgwick County Fair Association; and volunteers for the Arc of Sedgwick County and Girl Scouts Kansas Heartland.

Prior to that he worked with Prudential for 18 years in various capacities from Registered Representative, District Associate Manager and Regional Training Manager and always focused on helping others. He currently serves clients in the Wichita, Kansas, office. He holds a Certificate in Financial Planning from The American College and FINRA Series 6, 7, 24, 63, and 65 licenses. In his free time, Craig enjoys woodworking, BBQ smoking and attending grandchildren’s activities. Craig and his wife, Becky, live in Derby, Kansas. With over 30 years of experience in operations, human resources, public relations, marketing, and sales; she loves helping others succeed and does so with a positive attitude. Melinda graduated from Wichita State University with a Master’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She was a Speech Language Pathologist in the Derby public school system for 5 years before changing career path to work with Leslie Morris in the financial field.

After graduating from Wichita State University in 2009, Courtney jumped into the financial industry, completing her Series 7, 63 and Life Insurance License. Courtney has worked with Chris McGill since 2012 and they both recently joined CoreNorth Capital Planning in 2020.
